I had put a grueling 71 hours into those two weeks, so i was expecting a hefty paycheck to say the least. So I go to work and pick up my check and i can feel the excitement creeping up my spine. I begin to analyze my check and the first thing i see is "Gross Pay: $1024.82." My first thoughts are "OH BABY I'M RICH!!!" So I rip off my check so i can see the final amount. What lay before me was one of the most haunting images i had ever seen. $413.68!!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!!! I honestly wanted to cry. I don't understand how Uncle Sam gets off by screwing me out of 600 dollars. I'm a 20 year old man thats trying to make ends meat just so i can survive and live to see another meal on my dinner plate! I just don't understand. All of my financial problems could've been solved if i would have just received the full amount of money that I EARNED! But no, Uncle Sam loves to see me suffer!
